Today was my turn to host quilt group. It is super fun and a little stressful because the ladies in the group are not only talented quilters but gourmet cooks. Each month the food is wonderful and so the pressure is on to deliver a wonderful lunch to my quilting friends. Any way this month I tried a new recipe, made up one of my own and used one of my favorites. Everyone loved lunch and wanted the recipes so I thought since I was going to type them up anyway I would share them with my blog friends too. So, lets start with dessert.
Now for one of my favorite Salads. This makes a lot so for an average family you could easily cut it in half. Today, because I was serving a chicken pesto panini I left the chicken out of the recipe but added all the other yummy stuff. The dressing is to die for!
Finally for my experiment, a yummy panini that I've ordered before is restaurants. I think it turned out pretty good.

You always have the best recipes! YUM!
